Why we should have 2 stops along the way to Hanoi to Sapa?
There are 2 stops we should have because we start early morning. Most of travelers and driver have not had Breakfast. We should stop at the first about 30 minutes to have breakfast and a cup a coffee to fresh up. The 2nd at Lao Cai province is the last place of the high way then it would be the mountainous roads along the mountains. We stop at 2nd stop for everyone having “Happy room” = Rest room.

The most important would be: Driver would have a short rest to prepare for a new drive with very slow speed on moutainous roads. He may get used to with highway speed is 100km/hour, now it can be about 20km/hour.

When is the best time to visit Sapa?
The best time to visit Sapa as well as the northern mountain is from September to November or from March to May, when the weather is fairly settled with dry sunny days and clear cold nights. In April and May, Sapa is blooming with flowers and green pastures.

How is sapa climate?
Sapa’s climate is very seasonal with temperatures reaching 29°C (84°F) in summer down to freezing in winter. Humidity ranges from 75% to 90%, but summer months are the wettest, especially July and August. The best time to travel is March and April for warm and dry weather or go in October and November for cooler climes and clear days.

What to do in Sapa?

There are lots of things for you to do in Sapa, some of the most favorite activities are trekking, cultural travelling, home stay, biking, shopping at ethnic minority markets and street food.

Trekking: Sapa is the ideal place for trekking lovers. There are many trekking routes available for travelers, from easy ones such as some walk around the town, visiting some tribal villages to the great achievement of climbing to the top of Fanxipan at the height of 3,143 meters above sea level. On the trekking routes, the beautiful scenes of valley, terraced rice fields and numerous fantastic attractions won’t let you down.

Cultural travelling: Sapa is the home of many ethnic groups, visitors can have the chance to combine some sort of cultural travel tours with their trekking. There are many cultural spots waiting for your exploration.

Home stay: This is really an excellent experience that you will always treasure. Travelers are offered to share the house with the local residents, who are a part of the ethnic minorities in Vietnam. Should we take the big bus or Private car?
Taking big bus or private car are having their advantages.

  • Taking Big bus with the cost 17,5US$/1way help you to big save for tranfer fees. But on the big bus, you have to stop 2 times, waiting for other travelers after breakfast, coffee or rest room
  • If you take private car, you can stop whenever you want to take pictures, coffee time as long as you want. We would arrange a private tour guide from Hanoi to explain to you every things along the way. Escort you from the beginning to the end of the tour at Hanoi

Booking and Payment

Do I need to pay a deposit or pay for the tour in full prior to the tour starting?
Yes. We are a full service travel agency and have access to tons of great group discounts from hotels to customized tours. Deposit or full payment help you have a clear plan of program and help us to have best arrangement for the best quality of the tours.

The bus seats are limited, we guarantee your seats with payment you made. The we just drive straight Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi with full booking seats. This would save the cost for next travelers and cost for our company

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash payment on the day of the tour collected by local tour guide or our staffs if you book the tour before at least 48 hours before the tour date.

Please keep the receipt for the program you booked with us. Or if you book online, a program with the detail would be sent to you by email.

Then you are also provided a option to pay for your tour by Credit Card (Via Paypal.com). Because Paypal often holds payments originating from Vietnam for 24 hours, payment using this method must be received at least 24 hours before the date of your tours.

Currently, we use the conversion rate of 1 US Dollar = 22.300 Vietnamese Dong

What is the cancelation policy
If you provide us with at least 5 days, there is no penanty of cancelling your tours. Cancellation made between 1 to 4 days to your tour date will be charged 50% of the tour fees.

If you cancel on the day of the tour, there will be full charged of the tour fee

No shows on the day of the tour due to the flight delays, flight cancelation, or late from the arrivals from the other tours will also incur a 100% late cancellation charge.

If we cancel the tour due to the bad wather, and you have already paid the tour fee in full or placed a tour deposit; We would refund your payment in full.

Do you offer Pick up/Drop off at my Hotel/Hostel/Apartment/Or at Airport?
We only offer the Pick up/Drop off services in Hotels/Hostel around Hoan Kiem Old Quater district (some exclution may apply). We would meet you at your Hotels/Hostels at 6.30 to tranfer to our departure meeting place.

For guests staying outside of our pick up area, we kindly request that you meet us at:

Departure time at 7.00 am. You should be 5 – 10 minutes in advance for seats/ luggages arrangement
